Fuel Executive Dashboard

Executives running fuel stations want balances at a glance without editing accounting data. This module adds read-only dashboards for station balances and for cash and bank treasury. A configuration record chooses the companies, fuel products, cash and bank journals and price lines. It also offers a bank ledger wizard with an on-screen view, PDF and Excel and lists pending bank payments. It builds on the fuel station management app and Odoo Accounting.

   Configure the dashboard

   Open the Settings menu of the dashboard and choose companies, fuel products, cash journals and bank journals. Set the color theme and the treasury balance basis.

   Set price lines

   Add price lines that link each fuel product to the price shown on the dashboard, and pick the customer tag used for sold-on-credit figures.

   Read station balances

   Open Station Balances to see the balances per station in a read-only client screen. Nothing on it can be edited.

   Read cash and bank

   Open Cash and Banks to view treasury balances by journal according to the configured basis.

   Follow pending bank payments

   From the dashboard open the pending payments list to see bank payments not yet finished, and open a payment when bank payment is enabled.

   Bank ledger report

   Open the bank ledger wizard, pick the journal, dates and account, then view it live, print PDF or export Excel.
