Fuel Station Worker Screen

Station workers should enter their shift readings without seeing the full fuel application. This module gives them a dedicated Arabic screen limited to unapproved daily shifts. An administrator picks which suppliers, products and partners each worker can use in incoming, input and output lines. Buttons load the nozzles and tank readings into the shift. Supervisors then review and approve in the standard shift screen, so workers cannot approve their own entries.

   Configure worker settings

   In the worker settings screen choose the suppliers and products for incoming lines, and the partners and products for input and output lines.

   Grant the worker group

   Add users to the fuel station worker group. Record rules limit them to allowed companies and to unapproved shifts only.

   Open the unapproved shifts

   The worker opens the Fuel Station Worker menu then Unapproved Shifts and creates or opens a shift with station, date and shift template.

   Load nozzles and tanks

   Press the load buttons to bring the nozzle lines and tank readings into the simplified form, then type the readings.

   Enter incoming, input, output

   Fill incoming deliveries, inputs and outputs using only the suppliers, partners and products the administrator allowed.

   Supervisor approval

   A supervisor opens the same shift in the standard fuel shift screen, reviews the figures and approves it.
