Overview
Hospitals and clinics need one system for patients, doctor time, admissions, tests and billing. This module adds a Hospital Management app on top of Contacts, Employees, Sales, Inventory and Accounting. Receptionists register patients and book doctors, doctors run outpatient visits and prescriptions, and nurses manage wards, rooms and beds. The laboratory, pharmacy, blood bank and vaccination desks each have their own screens. Invoices and sales orders are generated from the clinical records.
Usage steps
- 1
Register patients
The Patient menu keeps patient records on the partner form with birth date, blood group, Rh type, gender, marital status, profession and a barcode. A button prints the patient card and family members can be recorded. Each patient receives a patient number from a sequence.
- Fields: Date of Birth, Blood Group, Barcode
- Print patient card
- Family members and genetic risks
- 2
Set up doctors and allocation
On the employee form a Doctor flag adds consultation charge, average time per patient, degrees and specializations. Under Appointment > Allocation each doctor gets working hours, a patient limit and a patient type. Overlaps are checked and Confirm or Cancel controls the allocation.
- Fields: Work From, Work To, Limit Patient
- Buttons: Confirm, Cancel
- Slots Remaining computed
- 3
Book slots and appointments
Patients book a doctor slot from the website or the Doctor Slot screen with date, time and duration. A booking-success page confirms it. The receptionist confirms, cancels or completes the slot.

Outpatient visits and prescriptions
