Overview
Moroccan invoices and documents must show identifiers such as RC, TP, IF, CNSS and ICE. This module adds these fields, plus Capital, to the company form and to customer and vendor forms. It only depends on the base app. The benefit is complete legal identity on every partner and company, available for printed documents.
Usage steps
- 1
Open the company form
In Settings > Companies the administrator opens the company. A new page named Identifiants Fiscaux appears. It groups the legal identifiers.
- Page: Identifiants Fiscaux
- Model: res.company
- 2
Fill the company identifiers
The user enters R.C., T.P., I.F., C.N.S.S., I.C.E. and Capital. All are free-text fields. They describe the company legal identity.
- Fields: rc, tp, iff, cnss, ice, capital
- Free text
- 3
Fill partner identifiers
On a customer or vendor form the same page appears with the same identifiers and also CIN. This supports tax rules on both sides of a transaction. Partners can be individuals or companies.
- Model: res.partner
- Extra field: CIN
- 4
Use the values in documents
The values are stored on the records and can be added to invoice and report layouts. The module itself adds no report. Other modules or custom templates read the fields.
- Stored on records
- No built-in report
