Remove Order Line in POS

In the standard POS, removing a line needs several key presses on the numpad, which slows busy cashiers down. This module adds a small delete button on every order line and a Clear button on the product screen. It is used by cashiers at the counter and needs no configuration. It plugs into the Point of Sale product screen and order widget and removes wrong items quickly without cancelling the order.

   See the delete button on each line

   Once the module is installed, every line in the order summary shows a delete control next to its price. No setting needs to be turned on. The control is part of the line template and appears for every product added.

   Delete one line

   The cashier presses the X on a line. The module sends the Backspace key twice to the numpad buffer, which removes the line the same way the keyboard would. Other lines and the customer selection stay untouched.

   Clear the whole cart

   A red Clear button is added to the control buttons of the product screen. When pressed with items in the cart, a confirmation popup asks whether all items should be deleted. On confirmation every product line is removed from the order.

   Empty cart notice

   If the cashier presses Clear while the order has no lines, the system shows a short notification that there are no items to remove. Nothing is changed and no popup opens.
