Product Management

Product teams jump between Sales, Purchase and Inventory to see how items perform. This module creates a single Products app that gathers product, variant and pricelist menus, stock movement menus and a dashboard. The dashboard shows top selling and purchased products, monthly movement and stock by location. It plugs into Sales, Purchase and Inventory.

   Open the Products app

   Choose the Products root menu to see its entries: Dashboard, Products, Product Variants, Pricelists and Stock.

   Read the dashboard

   The Dashboard client action loads figures from the server with SQL queries: top sold products by quantity and top purchased products.

   Filter by location and product

   The dashboard lists stock locations and products so charts can be narrowed by location or product.

   Monthly movement

   Charts group sales and purchases by month name so trends across the year are visible.

   Manage products and variants

   Use the Products and Products Variants menus to create and edit templates and variants. The Pricelists menu opens pricelists.

   Review stock moves

   Under Stock open Stock Moves and Stock Move Lines actions for detailed movement of the products.
