Login Page Styles

This module lets administrators change how the Odoo login page looks. From the settings they choose the login box orientation (default, left, middle or right) and the background as a colour, an uploaded image or an image URL. It overrides the web login template and is used by administrators who want a branded entry page. The benefit is a professional login experience without editing templates.

   Open the login settings

   The administrator opens the general settings and finds the login page options added by the module. The values are stored as system parameters. Nothing changes until an option is chosen.

   Choose the orientation

   The Orientation field offers Default, Left, Middle and Right. The module ships a template for each layout and picks the matching one on the login page. The login box moves to the chosen side.

   Set the background

   The Background field chooses between Color Picker, Image and URL. Depending on the choice the user picks a colour, uploads an image or enters an image URL. Uploaded images are flagged as background attachments.

   See the result on the login page

   A controller renders the login page with the chosen layout and background for everyone who is signed out. The standard login, reset password and sign-up links still work. Changing the settings updates the page immediately.
