Sticky Notes on Any Record

Users often need a quick visible reminder on a specific record without using chatter. This module adds sticky notes that float on any form view, are linked to the record through a reference field, and can be moved and recolored. Notes are kept per user and managed from a dedicated menu. It suits any team using Odoo forms who want personal reminders.

   Add a note from a form

   On any form view a control lets the user create a sticky note. The note is linked to the current record through a model reference.

   Position the note

   The note stores top and left coordinates so it appears where the user dropped it. Moving it updates the position when saved.

   Choose a color

   Each note has a color field with a default yellow. Users change it to classify notes visually.

   Manage all notes

   A Stick Note menu opens list and form views of all notes. Users can review, edit or delete notes and see the linked record.

   Owner tracking

   Notes are assigned to the creating user by default and get a sequence name from a data record. This keeps notes personal and identifiable.
