Personal Organiser

Employees juggle notes, to-dos and contacts across separate tools. This module adds a personal organiser workspace to the web client with a sidebar, a note maker, task list, calendar and contacts views. Data is stored per user and tasks can create calendar events. It plugs into Calendar and Contacts.

   Open the organiser

   The organiser opens as a client layout with a sidebar to switch between sections. It is available to internal users.

   Keep notes

   Create and organize personal notes using the note maker with a title and text. Notes belong to the current user.

   Track tasks

   Record tasks with a required title and date. Each task can be linked to a calendar event.

   Use the calendar

   A calendar view shows tasks and events by date. Users open days to review their schedule.
