Multi-User Activity Scheduling

Odoo's activity wizard assigns an activity to a single user, so teams repeat it for each person. This module adds a multi-user field to the schedule activity wizard and creates one activity per selected user. It works from the chatter of any record. Managers and team leads use it to assign follow-ups quickly.

   Open Schedule Activity

   From the chatter of any record click Schedule Activity to open the activity wizard.

   Assign several users

   Select multiple users in the added assign field. It sits beside the usual assigned-to setting.

   Fill activity details

   Set the activity type, summary, due date and note as usual. The same details apply to every user.

   Activities are created

   On confirmation the wizard creates one activity per selected user. Each user sees it in their activity list.
