Scheduled Action Shortcut

Running a scheduled action normally means opening Technical settings and searching for it. This module adds a Run Through Systray flag on each scheduled action and a top-bar icon listing the flagged ones. Users trigger a job with one click. It is meant for administrators and power users.

   Flag a scheduled action

   Open the scheduled action form and tick Run Through Systray. Only flagged actions are exposed.

   Open the systray shortcut

   A shortcut icon in the top bar lists scheduled actions available to the user.

   Run an action

   Pick a scheduled action from the list to execute it immediately. The method runs the cron job for the chosen record.

   • Uses the cron code

   Confirm the result

   A notification confirms the run so the user knows it started. Logs remain available in the standard scheduled action screen.
