Sticky Notes

Users want to jot down ideas without leaving the screen they are on. This module adds a sticky notes icon in the systray and a Sticky Notes app with a Notes menu. Each note has a title, content, color and owner, and a record rule keeps notes private per user. It suits every internal user.

   Add a note from the systray

   Click the sticky notes icon in the top bar to jot down a note quickly from any screen.

   Choose a color

   Each note has a color used in list and kanban style display. Colors help sort notes visually.

   Manage notes

   Open Sticky Notes > Notes to view, edit or delete saved notes. Notes can be archived through the active flag.

   Keep notes private

   A record rule limits each user to their own notes. The owner defaults to the current user.
