Overview
Sending a debt statement to a customer normally means exporting and reformatting accounting lines by hand. This module adds a "Debt Statement" action to the journal items list that prints a ready statement from the lines the user selected. The wizard asks only for a report date, and the statement is bilingual Arabic and English. It plugs into Accounting and saves time for accountants and collectors who send statements regularly.
Usage steps
- 1
Select journal items
Go to Accounting > Journal Items, filter the partner lines and tick the ones to include. The statement is built from this selection. Use filters for the partner and period first.

Open the wizard from Actions
Choose the debt statement server action from the Actions menu. The wizard opens with the chosen lines. If no line is selected a bilingual message asks the user to select journal items first.
