Geo Location & Smart QR

Locating a customer is easier when map coordinates are stored and a scannable code is on the paper. This module finds latitude and longitude from a partner address, shows them on a map and adds a configurable QR block to documents. It covers sales, purchases, invoices, bills, deliveries, receipts and partner cards. Company settings decide what the code holds, and a scheduled job fills missing locations. It plugs into Contacts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting.

   Locate a partner

   On the partner form use the location tab to compute coordinates from the address. The source and last attempt date are recorded.

   Open the map

   Use the open map action to view the partner on a map through the stored link.

   Locate missing partners in bulk

   In Settings press the button that locates missing partners now. A scheduled job also does this periodically.

   Choose QR content

   Enable the QR, choose its mode and data owner, or a custom text, in the company settings.

   Choose documents and card fields

   Tick the documents that print the QR and which card fields appear: phone, WhatsApp, email, website, address, map, document number.

   Print documents with QR

   Sales, purchase, invoices, bills, deliveries and receipts print with the QR block added by report inheritance.
