Company Account Statement

Customers and vendors ask for a clear statement of their account with the company. This module adds a wizard that prints a company account statement for a partner and period as a PDF. Company settings choose the statement title, the payment journals to include and product columns shown in the statement. It reads posted entries from Odoo Accounting. The result is a consistent, professional statement without custom reporting.

   Set the statement title

   In Settings enter the statement title used on the printed report for the company.

   Choose payment journals

   Select the payment journals whose payments appear in the statement.

   Configure product columns

   Add product columns with sequence and active flag so chosen products get their own column in the statement.

   Open the statement wizard

   Open Company Account Statement and choose the partner, company, dates and currency.

   Print the PDF

   Set the font scale and press Print PDF to produce the statement with the configured columns.
