Price List Report

Sales teams often need a clean printed or shared price list. This module adds a wizard that prints a PDF price list from the Sales and Products apps, using a wholesale and a retail pricelist chosen once in the settings. Users can pick products, show images and internal references, and tune the colours. It saves the time of exporting and formatting prices by hand.

   Choose the pricelists in settings

   In the general settings the administrator selects the wholesale pricelist and the retail pricelist for the company. These are stored on the company. The report reads its prices from them. Both can be changed later without touching the wizard.

   Set default report colours

   The settings also hold three colours used for the header, the retail column and the rows. They are the defaults offered in the wizard. This gives every printout the company look. Users can still change them per print.

   Open the wizard

   The user opens the price list wizard, also bound to the product list actions so selected products carry over. The wizard has a name for the list, the price type, image and reference switches and the colours. Selecting products in a list first fills the product selection automatically. The wizard is transient and saves nothing.

   Choose price type and columns

   The user selects the price type, wholesale, retail or both, and switches image and internal reference columns on or off. Products are chosen in the product field, or left as selected from the list. Prices come from the pricelists set in the settings. The choice controls which columns appear.

   Print the PDF

   Pressing Print PDF renders the price list on a custom paper format with the chosen colours and columns. The Arabic and English content displays correctly. The document can be saved and shared with customers. Print again at any time after prices change.
