Hotel Management

A hotel needs one system for room reservations and everything sold around them. This module manages rooms, floors, amenities, services, food, events and vehicle rental in a single booking folio and invoices the total. It also runs cleaning and maintenance requests with teams and shows a dashboard. It plugs into Accounting, Events, Fleet and Lunch. The benefit is a complete guest-to-invoice flow.

   Set up the property

   Under the configuration menus the admin creates Floors with a manager, Amenities with an icon, and Services with a price and taxes. Hotel Details hold the general information. These records feed every booking.

   Create rooms

   Rooms have a name, type, floor, rent, capacity, image and amenities. A constraint requires the capacity to be above zero. The status shows availability.

   • Fields: Rent, Number Of Persons, Floor
   • Status: Available and others

   Book a room

   On a booking the receptionist selects the customer, Check In and Check Out dates and room lines. Ticks such as Need Service, Need Food, Need Event and Need Vehicle reveal extra lines. Duration and totals are computed.

   • Line types: room, service, food, event, vehicle

   Confirm and check in

   The folio gets a sequence number and moves through its states. Validation errors block overlapping or invalid room lines. Checking in marks the booking and the rooms.

   Invoice the guest

   An Invoice button creates the account.move linked to the booking. Invoice lines carry the product type Room, Food, Event, Service or Fleet. The invoice count appears as a smart button.

   Run cleaning requests

   Cleaning Requests are assigned to a team, then started and completed with buttons. Support can be requested with a reason. A cleaning request can raise a maintenance request.

   • Buttons: Assign To, Start, Completed

   Run maintenance requests

   Maintenance requests choose a team, assign a user, start, request support, complete with a remark and are verified. Record rules limit what users and leaders see. Each request has a sequence.

   • Actions: assign, start, complete, verify

   Watch the dashboard and reports

   The Dashboard shows tiles such as Rooms, Check-In, Total Events, Today Events and Today Check-Out. Reports print the Room Booking Order and a Sale Order. XLSX report handlers are registered.
