Overview
This module keeps a central register of agreements with customers and vendors. Each agreement has a code, name, partner, type, domain, signature, start and end dates, and can be flagged as a template for reuse. It is used by sales, purchase and legal staff, and adds an agreements smart button on the partner form. It plugs into Contacts and Odoo chatter. The benefit is one tracked place for contract information.
Usage steps
- 1
Define agreement types
Under the Agreements configuration the user creates agreement types with a name and a domain such as sale or purchase. Types can be archived. They classify agreements for reporting.

Use templates
An agreement can be marked as a template so it is kept for reuse. Users copy a template to start a new agreement. This saves retyping the common terms.

See agreements from the partner
The partner form shows an agreements smart button with a count, computed from the linked agreements. Clicking it lists all agreements of that partner. This links contracts to the customer or vendor.
